There are just too many baby-dumping news in the newspaper of late. Gory pictures of babies bitten by ants, dogs. There were pictures of these poor little things being dumped at a local municipal dumping ground, in the river, in a dumpster and even nearby a bus stop.
Thus, we need a collective voice within the community to speak out by showing your support against the growing... trend of dumping babies.
Remember, wherever you have influence, we can make a difference.

Charity Concert : (8.30pm until 11.30pm)

RULES & REGULATIONS:
1. Poster submissions must have symbolic meaning to stimulate AWARENESS ON THE EFFECTS OF BABY DUMPING.
2. Submissions must be ORIGINAL and CREATIVE.
3. Contestants are free to use ANY METHOD to produce the poster.
4. Posters must be in A3 SIZE and printed if it is in electronic form.
5. Final submission date is 28 SEPTEMBER 2010 at 4 PM until 6 PM in front of COOL BLOG.
